Dianna J. Tankersley, MBA, ACHE, LSSYB

Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Dianna works in tandem with executive leadership of business and healthcare companies, with an emphasis on operation and management improvement. Her extensive experience in presenting well-researched scientific qualitative/quantitative data enables leadership to successfully develop and implement new initiatives.

Prior to launching DJT Consulting, Dianna’s professional background included being an integral part of various philanthropic efforts at Baylor Healthcare System Foundation. During her tenure at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, she worked with senior leadership creating/revising policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations. She also provided human resource management to over 400 employees.

Dianna earned her MBA – Healthcare Organization Leadership from The University of Texas at Dallas, as a Naveen Jindal School of Management academic honor Scholar of Distinction. She earned her Bachelor’s from Texas Woman’s University with a concentration in Business and English. In addition to many other awards and recognitions, Dianna is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified (LSSYB).

Dianna possesses a coaching leadership style and takes pride in mentoring/developing people and processes.
